76” x 84” quilt featuring 8” Skinny Robin Compass blocks (Cats Eyes) and 8” appliqué circles (Aggies). I just love the unusual and vibrant Colori fabric line by Esté MacLeod for FreeSpirit fabrics and wanted to find a way to really feature them. My idea was to make them into marbles, the cats eyes being the compass blocks and the aggies being the circles. I remember my Dad showing me how he played marbles as a kid, and I always thought the glass marbles were so beautiful in all their various colors and sizes. This is a great quilt to show off any special fabric collection you might want to feature!
